By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

East Coast Mulch Corp provides commercial and residential blow‑on mulch installation, including delivery, installation, cleanup, and related site‑prep services. Service details, pricing, and scheduling are provided in your estimate or invoice.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Program

3.2 Types of Messages You May Receive

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to:

Appointment confirmations & reminders
Scheduling updates or delays
Job status notifications (arrival, completion, follow‑ups)
Estimate & invoice notifications
Customer service responses
Service‑related questions or clarifications

3.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity but typically includes:

1–5 messages per service visit
Additional messages only when needed for scheduling or customer support

3.4 Message & Data Rates Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

3.5 Opt‑Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying:
STOP – to stop receiving messages
HELP – to receive assistance or contact information
Your opt‑out request will be honored immediately.

3.6 Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact information and ensure you have permission to receive messages at the number provided.

4. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, access limitations, or changes in requested services.
Minimum service charges may apply.

5. Scheduling & Access Requirements

To complete your mulch installation, you agree to:

Provide clear access for trucks, hoses, and equipment
Ensure pets, vehicles, and obstacles are removed from work areas
Notify us of irrigation, utilities, or hazards not visible on site

Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling fees.

6. Property Preparation

Customers are responsible for:

Clearing beds of debris, weeds, and personal items
Marking irrigation heads, lighting, or fragile items
Informing us of underground utilities or hazards

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed items.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated.
Accepted forms: cash, check, ACH, or approved digital payment.
Returned checks incur a $35 fee.
Late balances accrue 1.5% per month.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 20% cancellation fee.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.
We are not responsible for:

Damage to unmarked utilities or irrigation
Delays caused by weather or access restrictions
Pre‑existing property conditions

10. Satisfaction & Disputes

If you have concerns about your service, notify us within 48 hours of job completion.
Disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Palm Beach County.

11. Photos & Marketing

We may take before/after photos for quality control and marketing.
You may opt out by notifying us in writing.

12. Privacy & Data Handling

Your information is used only for service delivery, billing, and communication.
For SMS messaging, carriers require transparency regarding how your data is used.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required to deliver services or comply with law.
